Acne treatment?

Hi Im currently using a treatment that helps with acne scarring but still have some spots to treat and I bought something to help with that do you think I should put it on or after the scar cream?

Also should I still be toning because when I tone it makes it hard for the cream to sink in maybe I need to leave it to dry completly?Acne treatment?

good luck. Report Abuse

Acne can get worse if you keep using cleanser and stuff all the time. It dries out the skin, so the skin works extra hard to produce more oils, which is the last thing you want cos thats what causes the acne in the first place. Just try a pH balanced soap, like Dove, and maybe a bit of moisturiser. Let the moisturiser soak in and then put your stuff on for the scarring. Hope this helps!!!
Well, first up take Antibiotics : Doxycycline 100Mg * 3 times a day just for 2 days .

After this, Option 1:

If you can get an Antibiotic Cream (Erythromycin Creme ,apply it over the acne) .

Option 2:

Use a Retinoid based Cream (Retin-A)

Option 3:

Use a Hydrophase Cream (Brevoxyl)

I am not sure whether you get them over the counter in the USA.

But where i live, all this is over the counter.
my brother went to this chinese herbalist place and they gave him some sort of herb tea to drink at home every night for a week. after that it cleared up realy quick
although this doesn't answer you question:

if you use a baking soda to watch you're face, it will make you face feel better and take away the gunk on skin. when acne pops up put toothpaste on the area, it makes it dry quickly and avoids additional scaring
