ive tried everything from pro active to accutane and my acne came back. does anyone have any ideas on what i can do. accutane did clear up my skin but my acne came back. idk if i wanna go back on accutane because if dried me out so bad even my legs were dry. any ideas?What is a good acne treatment.?

I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.
