I need acne treatment advice? i getting a pizza face!?

Im 19 my acne isn't the worse but it isn't getting better either, i have tried proactiv. clean n clear,neutrogena, clearasil, oxy, toothpaste, ambi soap, currently trying Noxzema.....im scared a dermatologist maybe too expensive....does anyone know anything that i could try that would be really helpful i know people have different skin types but right now im willing to try anything for acne and its scars..thanks all answers appreciated

i had really bad acne all over my face, when i decided to see a dermatologist she put me on diffeirn. it works really well without drying out your face but yet not making it oily. its easy to use and not expensive. it dosent have a strong smell either. it also works really fast, in like 1 week at the most.
