Im on dianette for acne treatment...help i took the pill at the wrong times?

well..im on dianette for acne treatment...im still supposed 2 take it as if i was on the pil though..so take it for 21 days then have a 7 day break...i totally forgot and i took it for 28 days and now im worried what should i do.??Im on dianette for acne treatment...help i took the pill at the wrong times?

Just carry on taking it until your next break is due. Won't do you any harm you just won't have a period until next month. Dr's will tell you that you can skip the week break for holidays etc...I used to take dianette and did it quite regularly with no harm done :o)
Take the 7 day break now. It wont make a difference.
ok dont panic. its perfectly safe to carry on taking the pill through the seven day break. keep taking them and then have a break when you've finished the next pack. i'm on the pill and i miss periods all the time. its one of the perks of being on the pill. really really really dont worry. you havent done yourself any harm at all.
You could call the NHS advise line on 0845 4647 and ask them. It's 24 hours.
Don't worry it won't harm you, just take your break now. I used to take microgynon and i never took a break for 5 yrs.
Hi Mia - I was on Dianette for YEARS and often ran 2 packs together, its really not a problem. Just make sure you take a break at the end of your next pack. If youre still worried tho then have a chat with your doctor, or NHS Direct and theyll put your mind at ease. Bxx
As you are not taking it for contraceptive purposes I wouldn't worry too much. Leave it for a week (as from now), and then continue as prescribed.

if its anything like my pill- mycrogynon 30, you wont have a period, but its perfectly safe!
dont take it for a couple of days to make up for it
