Acne Treatment Question?

Okay, I know so many people have asked questions like this but I'm going to ask it again:

I use:

(2) Minocyclines a day

Duac in the morning

Benzol %26amp; Differin Gel at Night.

My Derm wants me to apply Retin-A every other night as well. But I only have light-moderate acne and everything I've been reading about Retin-A has been horrible. My skin has just cleared up from the Differin outbreaks I'm afraid Retin-A is going to be too much.

I'm thinking about just keep using Differing, Duac %26amp; mincocyline and saying no to the Retin-A, is this smart?Acne Treatment Question?
yes its smart because you know your own skin better than any dermAcne Treatment Question?
I use retin-a every night and it is fine for me. It actually did a lot of good for my skin as I had some sun damage as well as the acne and now I have clean clear skin that looks years younger than I really am :)

You honestly have to do what is most comfortable for you though and keep in mind that you have to rotate the med's every once in a while with acne because your skin and system can become tolerant to certain things.

Currently I am on doxycycline and retin-a and it works very well
Hi,

it's important to inform yourself first before buying the wrong solution. Products like e.g. accutane or proactiv (and those pills doctors prescribe) are aggressive and can cause damages to you and your skin since they contain harmful ingredients.

Your best bet would be to check out

Make sure you bookmark it for future reference.

This is one of the very few products out there which really treats the acne problem at its roots from inside and out, no matter which kind of acne you have. Without damaging your skin, all natural.

I've literally wasted hundreds on other ';miracles'; but this one is highly efficient and that's what only counts for me. It should also help you get rid of your acne in a breeze.

Hope that helps.

All the best,

I don't know about that, sorry to say, but have you tried just using a triple antibiotic ointment or bacitracin on the actual pimples? I've found a great response to it. My acne is hormonal...too much estrogen (I'm 27 and STILL have acne), but I'm working on trying to find a ';cure'; for myself.
