Whats the best acne treatment brand that works really well?? HELP!?

I really want to get rid of most of my acne before school starts but i cant find the product that works the best.

seriously nothing special, but get a face wash for sensitive skin like clean and clear or aveeno, and use a moisturizer do this morning and night, and use an exfoliant once a week to remove dead skin that helps zits form. I wash my face in the shower because it makes less of a mess splashing my face from the sink, and it rinses better.Whats the best acne treatment brand that works really well?? HELP!?
