What is the best acne treatment?

im 19 years old and iam still breaking out like im 13, i cant stand it!!! has anyone tried any of the acne treatments out there and had any sucess???? pronexin? proactive? skin id? help??What is the best acne treatment?

none of things seemed to help my skin, and i used to have severe acne problems. i still have the acne, just not severe, maybe just mild now. i take birth control, which is helping my face, within two weeks of taking it my face cleared up about 40%. i also use rubbing alcohol to clean it daily. the results i got were shocking. i just still have pimples under and around my chin and some on my cheeks, but nothing really really noticeable. we are also around the same age.

i personally have never had very strong acne, but when i did start to break out i bought Pro active. and it really worked for me. i still use it today even though i don't have any pimples. it keeps my skin smooth and healthy, %26amp; i would really recommend it:)
It really depends on what skin type you have. Noxema works really well for normal skin, Proactiv works well if you have oily skin.
just use dove soap bar. it works best. or use what is called the black soap. its also a soap bar as well. u can find them in walmart.
