Whats the best acne treatment?

Don't give me an answer based on a commercial, cuz look at the proactive thing, when their compairing pictures, it says ';results WILL vary'; so give me one from your expearances please!Whats the best acne treatment?
If you are wondering about proactiv then yes I say it works really well. I used it on and off for many years and I never had such honestly pretty skin. I stopped using it because I just wanted to use something more natural and also after I moved to another state I think maybe the water didn't work so well with it. It just didn't work as well as it used to. So I think it really depends on your location and sometimes the water and rarely the diet. I am not a healthy eater at all and could eat whatever and not break out on it. I did use their nighttime lotion instead of the repairing lotion twice a day though because it can be drying in the beginning but your skin does adapt to it. :-)

But some people swear by it some can't stand it. It depends on you.Whats the best acne treatment?
If you were to ask Oprah this question she would tell you that (and this is strangely not a joke) the urine from your body first thing in the morning is the best treatment for acne. I have not tried this but a friend of mine has and apparently it works pretty well... so I suppose it depends whats more important to you, a clear face or not putting pee on your face.
The first thing you need to do is learn what skin type you have than take action from there. I have dry sin where most of my acne is and because of that I react very badly to benzoyl peroxide which is the active ingredient in proactiv, I think the very best thing for acne is exercising in the sun and eating healthy. Another thing is to make sure to use a mousterizer in the dry parts or else you will make your acne worse.
I used to use proactive, it worked for a couple of years until my skin got used to it.

After trying just about every thing on the shelf, Now i'm on this Johnson%26amp;Johnson purpose bar (which i never even knew existed). It cost less than 5 dollars and i promise it works. recommended it to a family member of mine and she's been using it for a couple of weeks now and loves it. She told me her face is so clear and smoothe now :)

you can find it at walmart, and you might want to buy the purpose oil free moisturizer too so your face doesn't get too dry. I use that as well, and it goes great under my makeup.
I use the Biore products.

They work, and after you wash, you can definitely feel a difference.

It makes your skin feel smooth and clean. It evens brightens your face!

I use the pore unclogging scrub and blemish fighting ice cleanser.

Try this simple remedy. Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the pimples like soap. The secret of keeping the skin clear is to keep it oil-free and clean. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
