Acne treatment cream/gel that actually works?

..that doesn't cause dryness, redness and itchiness the next day after you wake up, and prevents future breakouts. I've already tried Retin-A, Duac, (even taken accutane pills), all kinds of topical gels, and nothing seems to work. :( Which ones have you used that actually works and doesn't do the things I've just mentioned? Thanks.Acne treatment cream/gel that actually works?
I've found what works is just take some run of the mill vegetable oil, or better yet the runoff grease left over after you cook bacon and just smear it all over your face. In addition to smelling good, it really clears up the pores. Oh, and don't wash your face after for at least a week, that way it gets a chance to soak in and really work. Good luck!Acne treatment cream/gel that actually works?
I've heard some good things about Freederm. Here's some information on it:

';For mild to moderate inflamed acne pimples and spots.

* New approach to acne treatment

* Clinically active vitamin B complex

* Effectively reduces inflammation

* Clinically proven

A cooling translucent, fragrance-free topical gel containing nicotinamide - a proven anti-inflammatory treatment for inflamed acne pimples and spots.';
What worked for me was that light brown liquid antibacterial soap and a facial sponge. Creams and normal soap just made it worse.
I use Rx Benza-Clin, or called clindoxyl gel in canada. I bareley ever get zits! ask your doctor to prescribe it for u. (it is kinda expensive though)
retin-a works really good, thats what i used but it has to be prescribed
Velocity Facial Cleanser from Mary Kay, I found, is really good for daily use in the shower.

For serious out breaks, I use it once at night, wash off my face, and by the morning things have started to clear up. Then, before leaving the house, use it once more and make sure to wash my face as well.
