Which acne treatment actually WORKS?!?! (and if there's a scar treatment, mention too)?

I have tried everything, except a few. I have tried Neutrogena (didn't do ANYTHING), Biore (dried up my skin like sandpaper to the point where I could barely move my face, and the nose thing you pull off didn't do anything), Clearisil (I'm allergic to salyic acid, so that's why Biore and especially this dried my skin, and ended up leaving ugly SCARS on my face!), Clean and Clear (normal product didn't work, and those ';intense'; treatments were like clearisil). I used proactiv, and at first, it worked, but now, I guess my skin is used to it and now, it not only dries my forehead so I have lines across my head, but I STILL get breakouts. (I just got one with TEN pimples on my head) I went to the dermatolagist and she gave me a prescription that didn't work AT ALL, a pill that made one of my friends get surgery, and samples that were useless. I've tried those facial masks too. I've heard that Murad works, and Acne free is too strong for my skin. What do I do to stay clear?Which acne treatment actually WORKS?!?! this russian acne lotion treatment called S.O.S really worked for my cousin. she would get a lot of painful pimples all over her forehead, and after a week of using it all her pimples were gone. proactiv used to work for me, but now it only helps with some pimples and not everything. i guess different things work for different people, and you should try new stuff to see what would work for you. try S.O.S. =) its cheap and you can probably find it in a russian pharmacy.Which acne treatment actually WORKS?!?! Proactive sol'n
Murad acne treatment works well. It won't make your skin too dry and the spot treatment ointment rocks.
