What is the best acne treatment?

I have been using Proactive for a while now but it doesn't get rid of black heads! I have also tried Acne Free and that is even worse! I need help, can you give me any suggestions on acne treatments that actually work? thanksWhat is the best acne treatment?
If you really want to get rid of your acne there are two recommended ways that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results.

Firstly and more important, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.

There are only few decent Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside.

Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their guides they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. Anyhow, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.

Check this article about one of the leading systems today that was helpful for me to cure my acne:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.

There are many acne skin care products available in the market right now and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.

When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:

ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.

The use of laser as an acne treatment gives a lot of favorable results. It is a bit expensive though but it is the best treatment in the market today. The laser equipment used nowadays have already been excellently attuned and improved. The doctors that are using this kind of equipment are already highly trained and skilled. The improvement of laser treatment and equipment had been considered a great innovation in treating not only acne but the lesions as well.
Hmmm... this may depend on your skin type. I know that many products work great on some and on others it doesn't, and it all depends on their skin. I've used Proactive too and for me it didn't really help too much. For me, the best product is Witchhazel, it really has helped clear my skin up, and you can find it probably at any drug store. But another ';acne treatment'; that works the best is doing it the natural way...

1. eat healthy

2. sleep for at least 8 hours a night

3. drink plenty of water (about 6-8 glasses each day)

4. excercise (this one really has worked for me!)

These steps may sound lame, but it's the natural way to get rid of acne and you may be surprised with your results. Use the product that works best for you, and in my case is Witchhazel (use it about twice a day) and then use the natural way of getting rid of it. Give it time and eventually you may notice your skin has improved!

oh, and to get rid of blackheads, try using a tool called a comedome, which is a loop tool to get rid of blackheads Ask your mom or somebody to use it on your blackheads, and they may leave a tiny scar if they're big, but it'll eventually go away and you'll be blackhead free!
I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
Microdermabrasion. Hands down.

I use this stuff about once every two weeks and my skin has never looked better. I don't break out, my deep pores, blackheads and clogged areas are 100% gone.

I can't even speak enough praise about this product and I recommend it to everyone. It's comparable to professional treatments yet it is affordable to anyone.

On all other days when I don't use the microdermabrasion I use Aveeno Clear Complexion Daily Cleansing Pads.

**And as for what the person below me said, it is NOT just for ';older people skin'; but this company markets it towards elderly people because microdermabrasion is great for wrinkles as well.

I am 24 and use microdermabrasion, it's one of those things all the celebrities use because it makes your face phenomenal. Takes off all the dead skin cells and helps to produce new fresher ones, but it is absolutely NOT an ';old people thing.';

If you go to a dermatologist and ask for microdermabrasion, this is what they'd do to you. Do you think only grandmas go to the dermatologist?!

Plus, it's never too early to start treating the wrinkles that will come on down the line!

Just read the reviews on the site too. There are many early twenties people who use it.**
What cleared my skin up in 2 weeks was Murad Skin Care... It worked miracles LOL. It's a lil pricey though. http://murad.com

If you are a teenager, and your skin is young I wouldn't use the Olay stuff recommended by Katzie because it's designed for older people's skin. It's not for young skin, but what ever... Ask anyone. Believe who you'd like.
if only black heads are the problem... use biore nose strips gets ride of em ALL ( the ones on ur nose ) the reast of your face i would recomend clean , clear and under control morning burst , once in the morning and at night.
I've personally tried Proactive and it didn't help me at all. I recommend Defferin for small breakouts and blackheads. And Aczone for spot treatments. And the occasional microdermal doesn't hurt.
for my face acne i use camomile tea! amazing stuff. i first wash my face with artistry face wash, and then i use a cotton pad soaked in camomile tea to lightly rub on my acne! works wonderfully and doesnt dry out skin.
Every ones skin is different. You really just have to try things out for yourself to see whats best. Everyone reacts different to different types of products.
I agree with Marina, I started using Skin ID about 3 months ago and my acne has cleared up amazingly! Good luck!
Try: '; Clean and Clear Acne Kit';. Just like you I have suffered from severe acne. My mom got it for me and after about a week my blackheads and zits went away! It worked wonders!
try skin id: http://www.skinid.com/econsumer/clearski鈥?/a>
