Use a daily face wash and a ointment on the pimples them selves. Don't bust them with your hands use a q-tip if possible, and only bust them when they have a puss like substance in the head.
If you wont to get guaranteed results and your a female birth control is the answer.

Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a ';very bad complexion';. She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, ';My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up.';

you can get the vinegar at the health food store, or in some super markets.
There are many products sold for the treatment of acne, many of them without any scientifically-proven effects. However, a combination of treatments can greatly reduce the amount and severity of acne in many cases. Those treatments that are most effective tend to have greater potential for side effects and need a greater degree of monitoring, so a step-wise approach is often taken. It is highly advisable to ask your doctor about the tradeoffs between these treatments for any individual case, especially when considering using any of them in combination. There are a number of treatments that have been proven effective:
Cotton pads soaked in salicylic acid solution can be used to exfoliate the skin[edit]
Exfoliating the skin
This can be done either mechanically, using an abrasive cloth or a liquid scrub, or chemically. Common chemical exfoliating agents include salicylic acid and glycolic acid, which encourage the peeling of the top layer of skin to prevent a build-up of dead skin cells which combine with skin oil to block pores. It also helps to unblock already clogged pores. Note that the word ';peeling'; is not meant in the visible sense of shedding, but rather as the destruction of the top layer of skin cells at the microscopic level. Depending on the type of exfoliation used, some visible flaking is possible. Moisturizers and anti-acne topicals containing chemical exfoliating agents are commonly available over-the-counter.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.

I had acne for 12 years and its horrible. I tried everything from seeing a doctor, to OTC treatments, even Proactive. What worked best for me was actually Mary Kay timewise face wash and moisturizer. They have a line for teens too. Its not that expensive, and there are Mary Kay reps all over. (just go to www.marykay.com and enter your website and it will link you to her website)
