What's a good acne treatment? Please?

i have a medium amount of acne and some redness. my skin is sensitive and, so far, i've only been able to use st. ive's and stridex for sensitive skin.

i went on skinID.com and have looked up on it, and it SEEMS good, but i dont know if itll work for me. if it helps my #'s were 14, 32, 72.

i guess my question is, whats a good acne treatment for sensitive skin (skinID?)? oh, and relatively cheap, too :D

thank you so much for all answersWhat's a good acne treatment? Please?
Ok I had really bad acne and I have a good treatment for you.

1.Buy V8 juice that says high in fiber (This has vegetables and fiber that helps give the body veggies we need)

2.Get green tea extract pills(This cleanses the body of toxins and improves your skin dramatically)

3.Get a cheap scrub(This removes bacteria from your face)

4.DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE!!!!( This makes bacteria flourish)

5.Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day (This cleanses your body and helps and will help your skin)

6.No soda or sweet products.

7.Dont pick at your face(Picking your face helps bacteria in and will enlarge the pimple)

8.Eat fruits and daily mostly apples and bananas.

This will get your skin clear in 2 weeks tops!Hope this helpsWhat's a good acne treatment? Please?
What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.

Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

All of those products are only going to help so much...and thats not enough. The best thing to do is to go see a Dermatologist. I had Acne from 7th to 10th grade. I tried all the stuff you are talking about, never worked. I started going to a Dermatologist afterwards. Haven't had a pimple in 4 years
Pro Active Solution is amazing!
