Acne is part of growing up. This is partly due to hormonal changes that you will experience as youth. There would be breakouts once in a while and you simply have to deal with them. The best way to go is prevention.
1. Stay clean and fresh, wash your face with mild soap and water at least 3x a day.
2. Eat a well balanced diet. Eat more fibers and fruits.
3. Avoid frequent contact to face and any irritants.
4. Use water based makeup and remove them immediately when no longer needed, specially when about to sleep.
5. Don't poke your acne. Ok, that is the general rule, but tell me anyone who does not. So if you do, do it prudently, wash your hands and sanitize the area with alcohol or any antiseptic.
6. If it becomes worse, see a dermatologist, it may not just be an ordinary pimple.

Hi,
Good skin care can keep acne under control and at a mild level.
Wash the skin twice a day using a mild soap, especially after exercise. Avoid scrubbing the skin. Hard scrubbing of the skin is harmful because it irritates the openings of the oil glands and can cause them to be more tightly closed.
Avoid putting any oily or greasy substances on the face. Oily and greasy substances make acne worse by blocking oil glands. If unavoidable, use water-based cover-up cosmetics, and wash them off at bedtime.
Shampoo the hair daily. Avoid hair tonics or hair creams especially greasy ones. These substances spread to the face and aggravate the acne.
Avoid picking blackheads as this delays healing. In general, it is better not to ';pop'; pimples.
Exercise regularly and keep fit.
Don't stop the acne medicine too soon. It may take up to 8 weeks for a good response.
i have really sensitive skin and acne also.. i use biore and as long as you try not to touch your face too much or disrupt breakouts, it works pretty good. also, clean your phones with a disinfectant. it makes a big difference. and when youre sitting in class, dont rest your chin on your palm of your hand when youre bored lol. it causes bad breakouts in that area. but try biore it works good the one with the microbeads.. neutrogena/vichy dont work really.
I don't know if you are a teen or an adult. L'oreal for Adult Acne is really good. Neutrogenas acne line does nothing.
