Drink lots of water. DIfferent things work for different people, but try to try something for at least a few weeks. Some acen can take weeks to come out so you may try something for a week and then switch when it would have worked if you would have kept trying it. I used Proactive back in the day, but it dried my skin out and I have oily skin. Drinking plenty or water nad weating right helped me a LOT. I am using natures cure right now, but have been for less than half a month.

But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. Don't quote me on this, but I did hear that if you take the first urination of the morning and dab alittle on your face it will help. I had bad acne but I didn't have the balls to try it myself.
i still stick to proactiv no mater what
