Acne treatment as strong as chlorine?

I've tried a bunch of acne products but nothing works better then swimming in a pool (that has chlorine in it). In one week my acne was almost gone. When I stopped swimming for a while, my acne went back and it seemed like nothing can clear my acne. I don't want to keep depending on chlorine in a pool to clear my acne.





This might be riducolous to ask but is there any acne product that has something to do with cholorine or as strong as it.Acne treatment as strong as chlorine?
Well, think of what cholorine is, it's a chemical added to drinking and pool water to disinfect it and kill bacteria. So this being said, your acne is being caused by nothing other then bacteria/germs infecting the pours in your skin. As well as perhaps oil like other zits.





So you could treat your face like a large wound, and use Hydragen Peroxide, Bactine, or any other disinfectants.





Cholorine dries your skin out though, so you should use a sensative skin - oil-free lotion after cleaning your face with Bactine and washing it with a clean cloth.





That should be as close to the power of Cholorine you need to treat acne.

I don't know of any....sorry. The only thing I know of is Acuutane, but that is for pretty severe cases and has some unpleasant side effects.





But you know what I totally agree with you about the chlorine and swimming, my friend used to kid around about getting a bottle of pool water to take home with her...lol..:)-
