Use a mild cleanser that doesnt competely dry your face out, such as nutrogena acne face wash. Then wash your face everyday with water and the cleanser, and do not put on any makeup. It makes it worse. Keep hair out of your face, dont eat oily foods, eat lots of fruits (only not strawberries. Pears are a great choice. Certain fruits give bad reaction to acne), keep hands off your pimples, wash hands clean daily, and wash your face with only hands, water, and the cleanser. Do not use a washcloth. Makes it worse. I have also tried nutroguena 3 step acne solution, and it works pretty well. BUT, just dont try too many products. Stick especially to one brand. If she has these really little pimples, get a doctor to prescribe her microsphere Retin-A. But basically if you keep your face clean, that is the most important, and it doesnt cost any money. Oh, and change pillowcases every other day. And don't put hair product on hair. ESPECIALLY GEL or any gooey- like product.
Get her some some good facial cleanser, like Clean and Clear, or buy some blemish cream (it's like acne cream). A brand that really good is Clearasil Ultra, it comes in a tube with a twist cap. Just squeeze a little amount onto your finger and rub it onto the affected areas.

If she has a lot of them and they look painful you should take her to the dermatologist. I made the mistake of just buying proactive, but I didn't realize I was allergic to benzoyl peroxide, and it made my acne worse. What I needed was salicilic acid, an ingredient that can be found in a product called Murad.


If she's that young though, and they're not too much of a problem I would try St. Ives first. If that doesn't work bump it up to Clean %26amp; Clear. Make sure she washes twice a day.
i use clean and clear 3 step acne treatment. its wonderfull because it doesnt dry out your face, and it comes with a cleaner, lotion and a spot treatment that all help fight acne and prevent it. it works great! and if that doesnt work, you can always go to a dermatologist and have her face checked out. they know what theyre talking about! good luck
